Delivery Information

The Workwear Company supplies plain and personalised workwear, uniforms, promotional clothing and accessories throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery times vary depending on stock availability, order size and whether products require embroidery, printing or other personalisation.


Plain Stock Orders

For plain, non-personalised items that are in stock, orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or where supplier stock availability changes.


Personalised Orders

Personalised orders, including embroidered and printed garments, are generally dispatched within 5–15 working days from approval of artwork and receipt of payment (where applicable).

Lead times may vary depending on:

  • Order quantity
  • Garment availability
  • Complexity of decoration
  • Seasonal demand

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed during the quotation process.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment is made.


Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that some delivery services may not provide full tracking information.


Split Deliveries

In some circumstances, orders may be shipped in multiple consignments due to stock availability or supplier lead times.

Where practical, we will notify you if this is necessary.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timescales, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

The Workwear Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Supplier stock shortages
  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Industrial action
  • Customs delays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods where required.

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

  • An incorrect delivery address is supplied.
  • A parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts.
  • Redelivery is requested.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Any shortages, missing items or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

We will investigate and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with The Workwear Company until payment has been received in full.


Collection

Where collection has been agreed, customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Orders should be collected within a reasonable time after notification.
