Returns & Refund Policy
The Workwear Company
At The Workwear Company, we aim to ensure that all products are supplied to the highest standard. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Plain (Non-Personalised) Goods
Plain, non-personalised garments may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:
- The items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging remain intact.
- The items are not damaged, marked, washed, or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Once returned and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Personalised Goods
Personalised products, including items that have been embroidered, printed, altered, or custom-made to your requirements, cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The item has been personalised incorrectly due to an error by The Workwear Company.
- The goods supplied do not match the order confirmation.
As personalised garments are made specifically for you, they are exempt from cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs showing the fault or error.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for checking:
- Garment colours.
- Sizes.
- Quantities.
- Spelling, logos, and artwork details.
Any artwork proofs or order confirmations should be carefully reviewed before approval. Once approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Where customers supply their own garments for embroidery or printing, every care is taken during production. However, The Workwear Company cannot accept liability for the replacement cost of customer-supplied items in the unlikely event of damage during the decoration process.
